UPC: No Suspensive Effect Based on Speculative Consequences from Parallel Proceedings

In this decision, the Court of Appeal refines the narrow limits for granting suspensive effect. Possible future consequences from parallel proceedings do not justify suspensive effect, as they are speculative.
