Extension of the maximum duration of Austrian Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC) concerning pediatric medication

For pediatric medication the possibility to file a request for extension of the maximum duration of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC) at the Austrian Patent Office exists. In connection therewith, we beg to refer to EU regulation (EG) No. 1901/2006 of December 12, 2006, article 36.
