UPC-Court of Appeal: Procedural decision on the confidentiality order

The plaintiff requests that the unredacted complaint and certain confidential exhibits be made available only to the defendant’s counsel. The trial court grants the request for confidentiality in part; in addition to the defendant’s counsel, three of the defendant’s employees are also granted access. The plaintiff appeals this decision. The plaintiff’s license agreement partner moves to intervene as an intervenor. The motion is granted. The applicant has a direct legal interest in the outcome of the appeal, as the disputed confidential information concerns agreements between the applicant and the plaintiff (UPC 23.9.2025, CoA 631/2025; CoA 632/2025; CoA 755/2025, CoA 757/2025).
